NORMS SET FOR DISCHARGE OF FUNCTIONS
Technical supervision of various programs under this Sub-Division is carried out in accordance with Departmental Code, Accounts Code, and official Government circulars issued from time to time.
Works are executed at the Sub-Division level and overall supervision is maintained at the Division level. Technical and financial issues occurring during execution are resolved to ensure completion of projects within stipulated timelines.
Monthly progress meetings are convened at the Sub-Division office level to inspect works and submit reports to higher authorities.
