NORMS SET FOR DISCHARGE OF FUNCTIONS
Technical supervision of various programs under this Sub-Division is carried out in accordance with Departmental Code, Accounts Code, and official Government circulars issued from time to time.
Works are executed at the Sub-Division level. Technical and financial issues occurring during execution are resolved to ensure completion of projects within stipulated timelines, maintaining overall supervision and reporting to higher officers.
Monthly progress reports of works executed at Sub-Division office level are submitted to higher authorities regularly.
