Arrangements for Consultation with or Representation by Public
To address public grievances regarding engineering schemes, Public Information Officer (PIO) and Assistant Public Information Officer (APIO) along with designated dealing assistants have been notified as per government RTI guidelines. An RTI counter functions at the sub-division office level. Matters within sub-division jurisdiction are resolved directly by the PIO, while policy matters beyond local jurisdiction are referred to higher authorities. Suggestions and representations are received from public interest stakeholders.
