The Executive Engineer exercises delegated financial and technical powers specified below:
- Issuing technical sanction for original civil works up to an estimated cost of Rs. 10.00 Lakhs.
- Approval of tenders for original civil works up to a limit of Rs. 50.00 Lakhs.
- Accord of technical sanction for all scheme works in accordance with budget grants across division jurisdiction.
- Field inspection and technical quality monitoring of civil works across all 6 sub-divisions.
- Representing the division in review meetings called by Government Secretaries, Chief Engineer, Chief Executive Officers (CEO ZP), and Superintending Engineers.
